0.9.9 Release

Man,  I can't tell you how happy I am with this release.  And it's not even technically "done".

I've simply run out of time. I write this in a local mcdonalds on my lunch break, and as there's only hours left of the jam I don't suspect I'll have time to finely tune the difficulty.  

I can guarantee unlike my last jam entry, you can win this one one, and you can also lose this one, and the performance is somewhat acceptable. 

Please enjoy, this has been a heck of a labour of love using an engine i'm only somewhat familiar with :) 

ps: If I find the moments before the end of the jam, I'll make it harder by adding more enemies.
